shopecho @everlovingdavid you need to look under “your purchases” and then mark the dress as problem with purchase, that is the way to open a claim. Don’t get frustrated, I want you to be happy, but you need to follow Poshmark procedures. Christine

everlovingdavid Hi Chirstine. THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING I try to do that. They ask me to send a picture. No picture will show the yarn that the dress is knitted with. It may have 5% of cashmere the other 95% is wool. I looks like cashmere. It is not. Furthermore, the sleeves DON'T even look like the dress, SLEEVES ARE MADE OF COTTON. SO SO DISSAPOINTED. Please help me. this purchase was my first with poshmark.

shopecho Just go to your home page click the arrow next to you your picture "MG" you will see "my purchases" in the drop down click on it you will see this sale mark the box not as described and Posh will let me know you are not satisfied. you don't want to accept. Posh has the money until you accept it (they give you 3 days) I don't get the money till then, and if you open a claim they handle it not me.
