phwshopping1 Hello @duffmere I placed an order with @tootsies for a Gucci marmont black bag, she hasn't sent it and it has been four days. I saw the comment you left on this bag and I'm wondering if you did the same thing and she didn't send it to you either. Her comment after yours was that you were referring to another purchase. Any information would be helpful to me, not sure what I should do as she is now not responding to me! Thank you!

duffmere @phwshopping1 she was unresponsive for days, said she finally found the bracelet I bought (?) but it was past the 7 day limit so I was able to cancel and she had to refund me. Something is off with her. Sorry, good luck!!

phwshopping1 @duffmere Thank you for responding and I'm sorry to comment here on your account, I wasn't sure what to do tbh. But I agree, with you, she was very hard to communicate with. I guess I just have to wait to see if she ships the bag. it's a present for my daughter so I also have to cross my fingers that it new, as listed. tootsies @phwshopping1 @duffmere I’d like to get a few things clarified as I don’t think anyone would appreciate seeing these comments written about themselves. 1) @phwshopping1 messaged me 1 hour ago (now 2 since I’ve been typing this)...so not sure how that equates to me being unresponsive as I am not on this platform every minute; but once I logged in and saw the questions, I responded right away.

tootsies 2) as I explained in my message to @phwshopping1 on the listing, the bag was purchased on a Sunday, then Monday was a holiday, and then the past few days, I did not have the chance to go to the post office, nonetheless I am sorry for the shipping delay and will make sure to drop off the package tmrw; not sure how all of this makes you concerned about whether the bag is new or not when I had previously addressed this point after you had made the purchase.

tootsies 3) @duffmere I apologized to you for the delay in locating the bracelet and then once I did locate it, I was transparent about the condition of the bracelet and offered to cancel, which I did immediately after you asked me to do so; you mention I was “unresponsive for days” but the first time you contacted me, I responded within 1-2 hours so again, not sure how that equates to being unresponsive for days.

tootsies 4) @duffmere apologized for posting on the Gucci Marmont listing and told me she only left a comment there because she could not pull up the original listing as opposed to what @duffmere indicated here which unfortunately sounds like it was actually intentional. Anyhow, it disappoints me to see this kind of negativity spread but I hope these points of clarification help to shed light on what actually happened. Again, the bag will ship tomorrow. duffmere @tootsies @phwshopping1 Perhaps I was off the exact details but here's how I saw it- I asked a question about the listing, you never answered it, fine, I bought it anyway. Site says sellers ship within 3-5 days. Didn't hear a word from you within 5 days. If it were me and I couldn't find what I was selling (which is weird to begin with) I would've communicated with the buyer saying SOMETHING.

duffmere @tootsies @phwshopping1 I tried contacting you- you told me you just found it, it was tarnished and offered to refund me, as you should have. You misrepresented what you were selling and were uncommunicative. I've had tons of transactions on Poshmark and eBay and this was the worst. The fact that you have to explain yourself to 2 sellers should say something.

My reviews say the exact opposite of what you claim and this was most definitely an unfortunate incident that I’ve already apologized multiple times for so I am not sure what else can be done.

duffmere @tootsies I asked if it was new. I'm not trying to spread negativity- I was not sure what was going on and it was super annoying to deal with. I'm sure it was an isolated incident as I did see before buying that you had tons of positive reviews. I'm not trying to make trouble- just telling @phwshopping1 what happened bc she asked. I'm sorry I was wrong about specifics but the overall transaction was not good. Best of luck in the future I'm over this and have been since you refunded me.

chynnagrove @duffmere Meredith- I’m packing up your dress and I notice.. get this... it doesn’t have the tags attached- Wait- I KNEW it had SOMETHING attached. And yes- the straps that can make this dress something u can wear with or without straps are still attached. Like a label- you wouldn’t be able to wear it with this attached. I didn’t even know - I just thought it was a label & haven’t looked at it since forever. So- is this ok with you? DON’T wanna send it without you being aware of this

chynnagrove @duffmere It’s attached, it’s detachable, attachable, etc... the dress hasn’t been worn. That’s my point. I didn’t even know it could be worn that way. I just have had it in my closet since I bought it.

chynnagrove @duffmere So please let me know what you’d like to do. I just didn’t want to send an item with a little bag hanging from it ( like a tag would- u just cut it off) without you knowing. It doesn’t change the dress ( well now u can wear straps) but still I don’t like surprises when I buy something & I’m sure u feel the same about you buying something.
