mjaques81 @poshinforward hi!! Suit arrived today. Super cute but definitely has a noticeable flaw. Not sure how to handle that on Posh since it seems to be all or nothing. . . Lmk if you have thoughts.

If you want to keep it I can offer you a 20% discount which I can send to you. I know that seems weird because you'd have to accept and trust that I will send the refund to you, but I assure you I would if you want to go that route. I am really sorry this happened. 😒

mjaques81 @poshinforward a 20% refund seems like a more than genius offer and you’ve been super up front about the flaw, which I really appreciate. I’d like to keep it, especially since the flaw is only cosmetic. How does a partial refund work?
