Hello and welcome! Thank you for checking out my Posh closet! I’m an ER NP working an over-night shift. I try to answer any questions or comments within about 4-5 hours. Most purchases ship the same or the next business day with USPS Priority Mail service. My items are in excellent condition unless otherwise posted & come from a smoke-free environment. I have a lab named Hank but he doesn’t venture much off his pillow. Lazy assistant!

recovery_room @mollys3 small world!!!! I have only worked in the ER and not sure I would know how to function outside of those crazy walls. Never a boring day there. angidabartender @recovery_room I get it about the acuity, that’s why I’m in pacu. The Er’s here are so disorganized. The drs use them as their own personal clinics. I also get what your saying about better on your heart and soul and body. 🤦🏼‍♀️
