cincitycindiego @merneale Meredith, yes it is still operational and will be fine for light to medium rainstorms to look adorable with. But not for heavy storms or hurricanes for sure because some of the spokes are unhinged. (This is a bad hard sale that is already complete, huh?) I just don’t want anyone to be unhappy with a purchase. FYI, I still use the umbrella if that’s any consolation. Cindy
