It's Very Tough &, Rough!! I Get Them Every Month &, They Last From a Day to 3 Days (Sometimes Longer But Less Severe)&, They Happen Off &, On Throughout The Month Sometimes But if I'm Lucky it'll Just Be a Bad Week. They Usually Knock Me Straight Out!!
