ms_jills Hello! When I received the diffuser, there was a rattling sound (like a piece was loose inside the usb) I plugged it in and a light came on but there wasn’t much to an aroma after a few hours. So rather than filing a report, I just decided to keep it. That was my reasoning with the 4stars. I’m not sure if it got dropped possibly during transit but I didn’t want to make a big deal about it.
