fashioneering97 @yawolloh just left the review! One thing to keep in mind please is that you did not add enough tape to your shipment box. I'm more than happy with a recycled box I think that's great! But when I received the item the box was completely smashed and opened... You didn't add enough tape unfortunately. I know you didn't purposely mean to do that and maybe there was a mishap in shipping? I've just never received a box in quite that bad of shape.

yawolloh @merisaeisenberg the box had packaging tape on it when it was sent and was recycled but in no way was it damaged. That is the post office situation. Sorry for that I wouldn’t have taken the time to wrap it in tissue paper and stuffing and then do that to the box.

leleshs @merisaeisenberg -thank you for your purchase! I have it packaged up and scheduled for USPS to pick up in the morning. I'll keep an eye on the tracking and keep you updated. I am in Texas, we are still recovering from the snow storms last week. Services are ramping up - a package was picked up this morning just hours after I packaged that one and scheduled it. So they seem to be getting caught up pretty quickly. I'm going to check out your close more soon too!

leleshs @merisaeisenberg hi Merisq - not sure if you are getting the shipping updates. USPS says your package will arrive late - but does not say when. Looks like it somehow made it’s way back to origin facility I assume that to mean the Austin facility. Hopefully it’s pointed in the correct direction now and stable. Texas has been a bit crazy I’ll keep an eye on it. Hope you’re enjoying your weekend!

I've had this trouble already... typically it takes 2 to 3 days to get out of Texas. you can send a missing package request through the USPS website but I'm not sure if that will help at this time. after 3 days I'd try that. thank you again for being so helpful and nice! I really appreciate it!❤😊

leleshs @merisaeisenberg - I’ve had to involve Posh on more than one occasion when the goods failed to track - since it’s their label and they are a huge client - suddenly things get moving. If it’s not updated after 2am tonight, I’ll start a ticket w/ Posh ❤️

leleshs FYI - I started a ticket with Poshmark. USPS “says” it was updated the 1st of March and that it’s on the way, will be late. But - it never said it departed Austin so I thought it best to have them give usps a nudge. It’s worked well in the past on packages which seem to stall here. We were past the weather incident tho I’m sure they were catching up. I’ll let you know what Posh says. Or it may just show up tomorrow. We’ll see 🙏
