ariefu Hi! I'm so sorry that the pumps were not true to size! I had no idea since they are labeled as 10s and the reviews I saw never mentioned otherwise. I would like to try to make it up to you with a discounted item in my closet to change it to a 5 star experience if possible. If nothing else is your style currently, I'm regularly updating and I'll remember for sure.
