mercyunbound Good morning, I would like to follow up with your rating of the Louis Vuitton Bag you purchased. I’m very concerned because as a seller I have no control over the packaging. The bag was shipped to Poshmark headquarters where THEY packaged it, not me. When I shipped it bag it was incredibly well sealed in a bag and a lot of protection.

mercyunbound I’m very meticulous with my packaging so I’m so upset that the employees at Poshmark shipped it to you in a mediocre fashion. I’m going to follow up with them about this. Unfortunately when high end items are shipped to Poshmark us sellers have no control how the buyer received it. My apologies for the poor shipping experience I just wanted to solidify that it was out of my personal control. 😕

merrellsami @mercyunbound thank you for your explanation. It was folded over which really concerned me. This is my first purchase from Poshmark and although I know it stops there first, I assumed they send it the way they received it. Thank you again and I apologize for thinking you have something to do with it. Did you send it in a dust bag by any chance because i did not receive it in one.

mercyunbound I shipped it to Poshmark in a very large box on purpose so it would not be folded and I fully stuffed the bag so it would maintain its shape completely. :( That’s why I’m frustrated because clearly they tossed my packaging and repacked it in their own less secure way. Do you happen to know the name of the employee who signed the Poshmark authorization card that they put inside the package? I’m just going to try to reach out to that person directly and give some feedback.

mercyunbound Also I did not have an extra LV dustbag for this but I did ship it in a different cloth bag and then also sealed it inside another waterproof bag for extra protection. I’m sorry again for the poor first experience on here! Wish I was able to make it better! 💕

merrellsami @mercyunbound I have the card at home and will get you the info... no bag was included at all! It was folded and wrapped in tissue paper. :( that is so frustrating!thank you for doing your part! I would have definitely liked seeing your packaging better!
