andyalma @m_e_sunderland hi I hear back from poshmark and I’ll copy what they said , thank you ! please have the buyer file an “Item Not Described” case once the item is delivered so our team so we may better assist the buyer in a proper return case. If your buyer has any questions or concerns, please have them contact our team directly so we may walk them through the return process. This is done to ensure that payment is not released and your buyer is fully covered.

andyalma @m_e_sunderland sound good , I started poshmark February myself but the advise I got was to be consistent. Try to list a couple of new things a day if you have them or just use the copy feature and relist a few items a day . Also share your closet. At least try to share it in the morning and at night during the posh party from 7 to 9 PM .

andyalma @m_e_sunderland part 2 Lol it cut me off on my characters hear that’s the most important sharing from 7-9). I’m not sure what your situation is as far as if this is part time for you ..but for me it is . It’s hard working a full time job and trying to handle Poshmark as well, I try and share my closet on breaks and stuff and at night I try to relist or post something new. The weekends is when I can do a little (focus )more on my closet . Sorry about the huge Novel , I hope this helps you .
