Hi @merylguy1 ! I was surprised when Poshmark said you were reporting an issue with the Volcolm hoodie. Poshmark never told me what the reported problem was with it, and now that I got it back (with another shirt in the package) I still don't understand how it was different from my listing. Can you shed some light on this?

You reported my item you bought as not was represented I am confused as to what you think I misrepresented... the Tory Burch Robinson Tote and Wallet were exactly what I said. Both items were brand new, never used, and the tags were still on. I asked for Poshmark to share with me exactly what was the problem was and never heard back with a response.

@merylguy1 yes they are....I have the receipt to prove it.
I bought both items at Tory Burch myself last June. I have never ever bought any knock off anything nor would I know where to buy them. Tags were on the Tote and Wallet. I would of happily provided the receipt as proof if I knew what the concern was.

@pschu1973 I contacted Tory Burch and they said they don't make blank zipper pulls and the tags were not theirs

@merylguy1 like I said I have the receipt, credit card charge on my statement, and any other proof to authentic my bags. Not worried at all about disputing your claims.
