File a claim for a item that was EXACTLY as described and claims she was unable to cancel but she never reached out. As a buyer, she had the option to cancel or asked me to cancel but she didn’t. She’s extremely rude, insulting me and called me so many things for her mistake. She should not be allowed to be on this app please report her. The item she purchased was as described.
