jessicamoesch hi, I'm the one who you bought the mk sandals from I do not know any other way to get ahold of you on here, I contacted postmark support I shipped it out obviously with the tracking it made it to your house about 4 or 5 days ago, I don't know what my rating has to do this since I shipped it out in one day so thanks for that. hopefully they can get it figured out for you, you should have maybe contacted them when you didn't receive it since there isn't anything I can do
