mnssmn @mrsogorman The hook that is to attached with the heart does not work properly so when it's hook together, it easily slips out. It's hard to show that in picture. If Poshmark won't allow a return, I will quickly accept so they can release the money to you. Please also note that the little bag in picture did not come with it, but the box is nice.

mrsogorman @mnssmn I'm sorry you are disappointed. I've worn this piece for years and never had an issue. I always explain in the description area what comes with the piece: dust bag, box, etc. This piece didn't come with the bag. I'm sorry for the confusion.

mnssmn @mrsogorman I have the same bracelet for over two years and absolutely love it, but for some reason the hook on this one is not bent properly to hold the heart piece tight enough and it easily slips off. I will take it in for repair if Poshmark does not allow return. I'm still waiting for their response. As soon as they make a decision, I will quickly return or quickly allow a release of the money to you.
