Yes, had you told me there was some sort of "deadline" associated with this skin care brush, I definitely would have recommended we close the order out, rather than pursue a trade for the defective one (again, my apologies on that; I have lost so much of my merchandise with this move. I have probably lost 40% of my inventory as a result of poor packing).

jchapp2006 But I would definitely say, just something to keep in mind for future transactions; mention the deadline immediately, or even before purchasing your product. Because, per POSH's seller agreement , this purchase is still well within the guidelines; I believe we are just now entering day 4 and it definitely seems a bit premature for a return. I had already invested in another Luna Mini with my seller do that I could fulfill my commitment to you.
