gyenda I had know idea I would never send anything out like that. I checked date code it’s not bad. It had to be weather I’m in Arizona. What do you want to do I want all my customers happy wether it’s a $1000 or $1 I want you to be a repeat customer. Do you want to return? You mentioned partial payment? It’s up to you. miagoldberg610 @gyenda i'm 100% sure this happened because of the weather. you're not a scientist, I wouldn't expect you to realize the heat would affect the product. I can send it back to you, but it would likely evaporate further and I doubt that the active ingredients are in tact. I don't think it would hurt my skin to use it but, i really wouldn't want to pay more than $50 for it. If you're insured for it and can get your money back, I'll definitely send it back. Finally feeling better, thank you.

gyenda @miagoldberg610 yes, my company will take it back. I guess go ahead and return it. After thinking about it I’m not comfortable with you using the product. If you want I will order 2-of the 1oz and give them to you at $100 a pc.

gyenda I feel that you might not use a 2oz by the expiration date the 1oz have a longer date code. Have you ever tried the rejuvenation serum? One of my favorites and it doesn’t smell like the rest of the products it smells like fresh fresh cut cucumbers and ocean. I will try to get a. Sample it’s not the one I sent.

miagoldberg610 i have used the product in the past, but am out of it. Is the $100 including tax and shipping. I will do that. appreciate the samples, but not if it's an imposition. I've only tried the moisturizer. I sent you a private email, as well. I knew this had been opened for the photo. Please don't worry about me thinking anything negative. This heat has been crazy. No way you could have known that opening it would cause a problem.

gyenda @miagoldberg610 hi I hate this, the only way to get a hold of posh is by email. Drives me crazy they would probably get a bunch a stupid calls like, “she said it was purple I thought she meant eggplant.” If they don’t respond maybe ask an ambassador?

gyenda @miagoldberg610 hi Mia, I have sent two messages one a week the last two weeks. Did you not get them? I know I just saw one of them just now. I have not received my order and I don’t have a date when it will ship, it’s on back order. They did say in September. It’s completely out of my hands now. when it gets mailed from there warehouse I get an email then it’s about two-three days, I will mail yours the day I get it. I hate that this has turned out this way.

miagoldberg610 it's not you at all. i didn't get them. figured you were away for the long weekend. i never get notifications on poshmark and when i do it's always promotional stuff. using my name without the number and send to google's email account. there's got to be an easier way.

gyenda Hi Mia the gentleman I get my product from has charged me and nothing came. He has a tracking number but it doesn’t track it’s like he just printed it out and never sent it. He has a rating of 100% why he would lose that over a small order well and he’s lost my business for sure. He actually verified delivery for me. I opened a depute but that’s only going to get my money back. I get emotional-sometimes about business, worst thing you can do, especially being woman.
