theaudreyjean You gave me a 4 star rating stating I could improve item description, cleanliness and packaging. My description was very clear, the pictures showed the condition of the item and it was packaged in an appropriate jewelry box inside an adequately cushioned priority shipping box. I’m not sure what else I could have done to be more professional and clear. A 4 star rating is problematic for those of us who pride ourselves on our customer service and our transparency about our products.

maryingalls27 @mtarrosa13 that is kind of dumb of Poshmark. I thought buyers could easily cancel within three hours? I did write to PM customer service and hope they’ll get back to me soon. I am wondering if the $1.99 shipping fee is only offered at list price? Maybe not for offers? If that is true I guess the $15 list prod plus $1.99 shipping would still be better than $10 plus the regular $7.95 shipping. Should I try and cancel the order? I can cancel because I’ll be up later tonight.
