miaaz hi i received the skirt and it is beautiful i love it. the only problem i have it is very very snug. i tried a different one on at the store. it was a 24 and it was too large. it hung off my hips. if it is ok I'd like to consult a seamstress to discuss my options i won't know until Sunday of i can have it altered or would have to send it back
