miainsc @poshstreetluxe Hello Kristen! Yes, Please & thank you!!! When I try to print a shipping label I get a message that says "shipping label service not available." I sent a message to customer support. I'm following the directions & clicking on "download label". Can you think of anything that might help? If not, no worries, I'll wait for customer service. poshstreetluxe @miainsc Hi Mia! We’re you able to get this resolved? PM has been glitchy, but that is a message I haven’t seen. If no response from PM yet, try going into your Sales tab . On the sales tab, click on the Sold item you need the label for, then scroll down. There is a box that says “ Problems/Order Inquiry”, then a drop down of choices.

poshstreetluxe @miainsc One of the options is ‘Never Received Shipping Label’. Select that, and they will auto send another shipping label. That might work as a reset. I’ve had to use it before when I’ve had problems w the original label, and the 2nd one sent always works. That might help. Best Wishes to You! 💌💕Kristen
