piakaur19 @miamiglam it’s unfortunate you sell FAKE Ferragamo bags as AUTHENTIC and when the buyer files a claim and Poshmark agrees to cancel the order, you take to bashful and unnecessary arguing on my page as to the condition I sent it back in - clearly upset that you couldn’t convince Poshmark and me as the buyer of your fake bag you tried to sell. I would not recommend buying from you.

lauragneve @miamiglam is this normal behavior that you make a purchase (REMINDER MY BAG WENT THRU POSH TO AUTHENTICATE) and then decide to cause issues for seller to receive funds???? You have not responded to any of my messages. what and where was this bag not as described. I see you are a seller also..I’m sure you wouldn’t appreciate a buyer playing these games and holding your item and money would you?

My photos are very clear. If you weren’t able to make a purchase you should learn how to control yourself so you don’t buy things you can’t afford and drag people into your issues.

miamiglam @lauragneve With that out of the way, like I stated previously, your description of bag wasn’t accurate, which prompted me to use my “buyer right” on the selling platform you chose to sell on. No where in your description does it explain or list the multiple ink marks or stains on the inside of the purse.

miamiglam @lauragneve So let’s revisit your comments about how your professional photo’s depict accuracy. Not one of your photos accurately depict such staining or marks, nor does your photos or description depict bluish transfer to the outside of the bag. Nor does your professionalism as a seller state that the excessive wear has actually started removing the “LV” logo on a minimum of two spots on outside of bag.

miamiglam @lauragneve If your cyber harassment continues, my law firm will be in contact and then we will discuss issues of “what whom can afford”. From this point forward all your comments need to be directed to Poshmark’s adjudication process, as you have received correspondence from them. This is normal behavior, using the processes afforded to both seller and buyers Thank you for your attention to detail.

Im not bullying anyone..just because you can look up google search words doesn’t change the fact that you have buyers remorse on something you obviously had issues with before. At least my bag was confirmed authentic? My bad for not seeing the comments on your listing.

So again, why are you continually writing on my page? Why are you now taking about an item that doesn’t pertain to the the crap you are trying to deceitfully sell as “good condition”? Let it go, it’s being returned to you and You can now repost and sell to another buyer...

miamiglam @lauragneve and as a seller you should be overly up front about a product that a buyer shouldn’t have to ask obvious questions. That’s a seller’s responsibility to accurately represent their product or services. And if your photos were such high quality with perfectly lighting I wouldn’t have purchased in the first place. This purse is in horrible condition on the inside pouch Folks BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!
