jaszaymom @meskue I don't know if you saw on the sweater listing, I posted that with wool sweaters if you either hand wash it, or even just kind of dampen the shoulder area and kind of smooth out the shoulder area and let it dry flat, it should fix the problem with the shoulders. As far as pilling, I'm sorry that I didn't see it, otherwise I would have mentioned it. This is my first negative experience with Poshmark where someone didn't like something and I feel bad!

jaszaymom @meskue I don't mind if you return it, but I know with Poshmark you don't really have control over it, I think you have to ask Poshmark or open up a case. I'm not really sure. I will look and find out, or if you happen to know, please tell me.

englishbulldogl I just tried to send another message through the conversation section but it wouldn't let me. I looked at my page and didn't see my loves notes history which is odd but I did see my comments history with past sellers about responding to buying other items of theirs.
