jaszaymom @meskue I don't know if you saw on the sweater listing, I posted that with wool sweaters if you either hand wash it, or even just kind of dampen the shoulder area and kind of smooth out the shoulder area and let it dry flat, it should fix the problem with the shoulders. As far as pilling, I'm sorry that I didn't see it, otherwise I would have mentioned it. This is my first negative experience with Poshmark where someone didn't like something and I feel bad!

jaszaymom @meskue I don't mind if you return it, but I know with Poshmark you don't really have control over it, I think you have to ask Poshmark or open up a case. I'm not really sure. I will look and find out, or if you happen to know, please tell me.
