I've accepted bids like that before and I do a lot of donating also so if I don't spend a lot on an item it may not be for me. Nearly all of my initial offers are half the asking price plus some more. Some people say make me an offer and we can work it out from there. Did not intend to do anything other than offer a price you can say no to.
