logandvb Hi there. I wanted to reach out to let you know how much I appreciate your business and shopping in my closet. I however have some unfortunate news. While I was getting your gorgeous platter ready to ship and trying it into different boxes to see what would fit the best, it dropped off the table. There was no damage to it other than a small scuff on the edge.

logandvb I would never send something out damaged at risk of making a customer unhappy or the chance of receiving a bad review. I am upset with myself for such a mistake. The area is small on the edge on the border and isn’t all that noticeable but it’s not how I have it listed so I wanted to make you aware to see if you wanted to cancel the order or move forward.
