cdmroses Michael. Please accept my sincere apology I can’t believe this has happened. I am out of town for the birth of my grandson and had a friend handle this for me. I have over 600 sales and have never had this happen to a customer. I am so sorry. Please send them back and I will refund your money.

cdmroses @michael_barber I don’t understand why they can’t process a refund. I have contacted Poshmark - apparently because you “accepted” the package the system doesn’t allow for automatic refund process to kick in. For future Poshmark purchases know you have 3 days before you have to officially accept the item. Funds aren’t released to the seller until one or the other occurs.

cdmroses I will contact them & request a refund- you are welcome to keep the shoes so you don’t have to be unconvinced any further by shipping. If they decline I will gladly refund you the full amount including my 20% commission I paid to them.
