Hello, and thank you for your purchase. I'm sorry you feel the items I sold were not as described. I genuinely tried to point out all flaws in the photos. Based on your comment however, I edited my remaining listings removing the words "great" or "good", or any other adjective that would assert my opinion as to what I feel is good used condition. I’m glad to hear you weren’t disappointed.. and hey.. I’m actually glad it happened because as a new seller, it forced me to scrutinize my listings and I do believe it’s true that terms search as “great” or “good” are really in the eye of the beholder.. as a buyer I’ve seen things listed as great condition, and I don’t see them as such! Lol.. So again, Thank You for your purchase! I’m pleased if you’re pleased!

@ehuntt you paid $150 for brand new shoes that came exactly as they were described. I’m pretty sure if you received the shoes damaged, you would have given them a poor rating as well. I’m sorry you don’t like that I gave you a poor rating. I rated the shoes based on the condition they “actually” were in comparison with how they were “described” by you. It would help to accurately describe the product you are selling. Responding with “I didn’t know” isn’t usually good business practice.

@ehuntt I looked at all the pics. They didnt show the damage that is on the shoes. If you’re worried about your rating, then do better inspecting the items before describing them. Not sure why this is becoming such a huge deal. Just apologize, do better, and move on. Mistakes happen. But don’t expect not to be held accountable when you mess up. It’s a part of life. The rating scale is there for a reason. I rated you accurately based on the product I received. Better product = better rating.
