vikingbreed @sdmega hi, live notes are written to you from your buyers. What happens is after you ship your item to you buyer, they will rate you and then right a review. What the call a love note is when the buyer writes something after the give you a five star rating. Let me know if you have any other question❤️

sdmega @mishatanner I need your assistance again is there a way to find a shipping address for an order that I shipped out. There was some confusion on an item that was added to the bundle. I explained it to the buyer and communicated to the buyer and agreed to ship out the the item. But I can’t find the shipping address is there a way to find it so I can ship out the item. Can you direct me in finding out the address?

vikingbreed @sdmega hi, if you go back into the item that you sold them and select need a new shipping label, it should send a new shipping label to your email. Let me know if that works

sdmega @soriag I have two questions? Two buyers have filed a return Poshmark has settled them and refunded them. And I end up losing products that the buyers keep First claim was a misunderstanding she agrees to drop claim if I ship out product and ends up getting refunded. Second item is been filed buyer claims the item is damaged and does not want to return item but wants a refund. Do all buyers file claims for refunds and keep the product. Is there a way to avoid this

soriag @sdmega the way I ensure that this doesn’t happen is I take pictures and I video the items as I package them. That is how you prove that items was in perfect condition when you shipped them.if product arrives damaged, then the post office is responsible for it and you get your payment.

soriag @sdmega I I think that both cases could have been resolved in your favor had you taken videos and pictures while preparing the items to be shipped . It not that Poshmark takes the buyer’s side always. The issue is that you cannot prove that you sent the items in perfect condition . I hope that helps

vikingbreed @sdmega did you already ship the item? If not, you will need to get a hold of posh to have them cancel the order and give her a refund. I just had that happen to me, but I already shipped them the item. .
