mikoka Hi @labo63 - thank you for purchasing the winter coat! I just went to package your item and discovered that it is missing the zipper pull. I just wanted to let you know since I did not realize that before and did not have that information on the listing. It still closes shut with the buttons or you could add a zipper pull. Please let me know if you have any questions, otherwise I will plan on shipping it out later today!
