@mike5885 I want to sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with NWT Men's Sweater by Covington you recently purchased from me. As it was brand new and never worn I was unaware there was even a hole underneath the collar. I would like to rectify this situation by having you return the item and receiving your credit back however I'm not quite sure how this is done as I have never had this type of situation happen to me before. I'm hoping we can work this out. Thank you.

@micsmlf I do not know either, at this point cheaper for me to just keep it, not sure if a way to have the system to do a credit to me or something for the shipping costs, not sure, I figured you probably did not know either, I would never normally look under the collar, but at this point keeping it
