dosi5127 part 1: I received the Mother Goose, is there a trick to getting it to work? It seems like it doesn't recognize there is a cassette tape in there. It will turn on (the indicator light above the cassette area lights up) but it shuts off after a few seconds. I had one growing up and that's what it would do if no tape was in there.

dosi5127 part 2: The tape is in their correctly, I've tried all the cassettes, and I did get one cassette to work once, my husband pressed lightly on the door and held it and it recognized the tape, but I havent been able to get it to play again. Sorry for comments, cant find a way to message you and ask.
