Hi, you purchased a pair of Merrell shoes from me. I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the ship time, but I had them in the mail within 24 hours! Unfortunately after that it’s in the USPS system which has been hit or miss since the start of COVID and should not have been reflected on me!
