@sierrajanyae the tracking didnt budge for days so I called customer service this morning, they sent it to the wrong district USPS facility. They said I have to wait for them to resort and send it out again, they didn't give me a timeframe which is frustrating.

@sierrajanyae it's been escalated to the district office, for some reason my case was closed without letting me know or giving me an update on progress. I told them it's urgent I get the package ASAP so I hope they get on it. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything.

@sierrajanyae sadly no update. I called again and spoke with 2 people and they just said the same thing that it's delayed due to the election and the pandemic, I had it escalated to other department who I'm waiting to hear from still. They keep saying to wait and I've told them repeatedly the urgency but still it hasn't moved, they haven't been very helpful.

@sierrajanyae same thing still no change I'm calling Monday after the holiday weekend because it's just beyond incompetence now on USPS' part not a single change or update provided at all unless I call and it's the same bland response so if I get the same response again I'm taking it further.

@sierrajanyae I know I'm been thrown to so many departments to get information but nothing, now they tell me to file a claim since it's been a month. This morning I've called these new numbers they only now just gave me and no one is picking up, I'm about to pull my hair out I'm furious.

@sierrajanyae Poshmark hasn't responded to me either, I feel really horrible about this I feel powerless. I emailed Poshmark again just now since I can't get through on these numbers to see if they can compensate you somehow it's not your fault and you need the money and no one's helping us.

@sierrajanyae Poshmark emailed me back just now they said they will be refunding me and paying you the same amount due to it being USPS' fault, I'm still going to do a claim with them to see if I can find the package hopefully you got the money from them.
