cmc429 @mgreen01 hi! Poshmark just emailed me about the situation and they want me to request a formal return, send it back and wait for a refund before purchasing the original item again. Would you prefer I do that or just do the return to sender as we planned?

cmc429 @mgreen01 poshmark just got back with me about the return and they say they need me to open it and take pictures of the item instead of just taking pics of the packaging like I did :/

cmc429 @mgreen01 it says in the case discussion that “the seller also has the opportunity to review your comment and accept the return request” idk if you can do that now or not but if you don’t want me to open it that might work!

mgreen01 @cmc429 soo I was only able to leave a comment. There was nothing to accept. If opening the item gets the bell rolling faster then proceed as such and let’s get you the proper item. I’m really thankful to have made the mistake with you because I don’t know If anyone else would have been so kind.
