Hi Michael, I noted the reduced star review for shipping. Posh's guidelines give sellers 3 days to ship & my average ship time noted is 1.1 days. Sellers aren't responsible for carrier delays & tracking is notated at every step of the way on your order. In addition, Posh sent you an email & notification indicating carrier delay. Not to mention most of the country, & hence postal service was affected by severe weather & has been in crisis due to Covid.
