I appreciate the honest feedback but instead of giving me a rate of 1 star (yes, you’re right - I do not know much about men’s dress shoes and did my best to describe the item and posted as much photos as I could), you could have reached out directly and I would have gladly refunded your money back. I strive for 5 star reviews always and when that’s not the case I am always happy to work around it so that the customer has a positive experience.
