jasmenguy_ This seller chose to rate me one star due to a sizing issue on her end. She was given three days the same as all other buyers on this platform and chose not to follow the policy, then got upset when she did not get what she wanted. As a seller and customer I do understand the importance of ensuring I am responding/rating my purchase in the time period so that the seller can receive their money. However this customer is expecting an exception even when not following the policy.
