sellerchic @michaelar746 i think what you do is, you go to my purchases > click on the item you bought > confirm. Something like that. Obviously, don’t confirm it until you’ve opened the item and inspected it

They were very nice and said “We kindly ask that you please have the buyer reach out to us directly so we can further assist them with this issue.” If you go to your order and click “problems/inquiry” and then click “order not delivered” then you will be able to write them directly to explain the problem. Does this help a bit? I’m here to help so let me know what I can do during this process!
