goldenshop @carmella32 that’s strange. I opened up tracking history and see what you mean. I order from posh all the time and have no issues with my address- I’ll go to the post office today to check location and status. It says is in Boynton Beach, which is the city I live in. I’ll let you know what they say at the post office.

I went to the post office and they found it and apologized because one of their new mail carriers has a pattern of just marking “insufficient address” and bringing packages back to the office. So glad I went in- I have the necklace, and marked it as received - it’s perfect, I love it. Thank you!
