carlsomf Hi Michaela I’m so sorry about the stain on the backpack I honestly didn’t know it was there. I washed it before I shipped it and think it may be part of the tide pod? Sorry again, I’m sure posh support will take care of the next steps/return

carlsomf @michalnon I sent them my new address and they should be sending you a new label. They have been slow at responding but it should be coming. If they don’t send it by the end of the day you can go ahead and drop it off with the old label, it’ll just be shipped to an abandoned house 😂
