sherid10 I am so very sorry about your bag. I personally went over it with a small amount of leather cleaner. I always have 5 star rating because I try hard to have happy people. This just really upsets me. Truly! I will be happy to take the bag back if you aren’t 100% happy. Please let me make it right.

Please be courteous and delete your comment as it is the only negative one I’ve gotten. Or go in and say I was helpful in resolving your issue.
