You have 3 days to inspect and accept the order or they automatically do it. But I do believe in 100% customer service and I will work with you. Tell me the pieces that you had issues with and if it was the pendant or the chain. I think I added my business cards in your order. If so you can text me or email me.

dcmartinis Thanks for shopping in my closet. My closet is different than most on Posh as all of my items are brand new from the store with the tags still on and significantly marked down.
