rosemarief Hi I just wanted to tell you that I washed the olive blouse 4 THATS RIGHT 4 times in detergent plus vinegar and baking soda BEFORE I took it to the DRY CLEANERS. The shirt was never worn and my husband who smoked died before I bought this shirt. Soooo you must have a super power nose. I want customer satisfaction but really find it hard to believe. Thanks for putting it in my rating rather than taking it up with me first.

pushkini @rosemarief I honestly am not trying to ruin your rating and have no idea how to communicate directly with a posh seller. but happy to discuss it and even remove/update the rating. Bottom line is, I'm just stating it as it is, it really did smell like smoking. but again, if there's another way to communicate this, pls lmk.

rosemarief That shirt was brand new bought 2 weeks ago. And while I strive for customer satisfaction, what you’re saying is not the truth and that hurts my feelings more than anything. The smoker is four years dead. The blouse had a mark on it that I didn’t see when purchased so I had to wash it. Just a crying shame on you.

pushkini @rosemarief why would I lie? I could have not accepted the item. Instead, I chose to wash it a couple of times until the smoking smell came out. You claim the shirt was purchased just 2 wks ago, yet the tag was ripped off (with a tiny white corner left). Moreover, if a customer tells you it smelled like smoking, instead of apologizing, or at the very least being civil and respectful about it, you chose to turn it into a confrontation. Not a very nice way of doing business. Good luck to you
