Hi there!, I am sorry to hear about the shoes I sold to you. I strive to always give a good customer service including the quality and condition of my items. I try to check throughout every item and I don't know what happened with those shoes. I never saw any damage in them. You should have opened a case and get your money back if you were unsatisfied with the condition. Unfortunately, you accepted them and I don't believe Poshmark could do anything. I am so sorry!
