jjkm Hi! I'm Jenny and you purchased some teal green Nikes from me. The left shoelace is missing one of the plastic tips and is frayed a little. Would you like me to include a new set of black laces when I ship? I'm more than happy to :).

jjkm Hi there! So I did an incredibly knuckle-head thing today. I mailed out a pair of Tom's (that are actually adorable but the buyer cancelled). Take a look at them from my closet. They'll be marked "sold". I haven't been able to find black laces, so how about you keep the Toms when they arrive&I'll go ahead&ship out your Nikes w/out the new laces. If you don't care for the Toms, few free to sell them. Sound fair? I'm so sorry about my mix-up!!!

jjkm Nikes went out today! And....I was able to find black laces so they are included in the box. It looks like you received the Toms today. Please go to Posh's site and go to your purchases and "accept"'them. It'll say your accepting the Nikes because I got the shipping labels mixed up but I assure that Nikes are on their way as well. You should be able to track your package by tomorrow. Let me know if have any questions :).

jjkm Hi! I completely understand your anger about the mix up I made. I'm still unsure what happened with the labels...when you emailed asking for the tracking number it was no longer available because when I tried to track the shoes, it said "Delivered". I should have sent you an update but I unsure how to report that I didn't have answers. I did try to reach out to customer service via email and never received a response. (More email coming, they only allow certain # of characters)

jjkm I have no idea where those nikes are. I'm guessing that they were shipped to the wrong person and then kept by that person. That's a guess though, as I am not certain. I could care less about the negative review. It matters to me that I make this right because it was my mistake, plain and simple. I really am a good, honest person who wants to do the right thing.

jjkm Keep the Toms...it's the least I can do for the headache I caused. Could you send me your address since I'm taking care of the postage? I'll send them out on Monday, you have my word. I'm sorry I didn't handle this the right way. I just assumed they'd refund your money, and then after I read your rating I saw that I in fact had been paid.

jjkm If you decide to change it once you receive your package, you just click on the review and on the upper right-hand corner you should see "edit" /click edit and it will allow you to change it. :)
