@mbfraley I'm not sure what's going on. As of now I've never received any of your money. I've never had a case open against me. But poshmark is holding the money as they are reviewing the case. In my description of the item I wrote that the dress is "not spell, but very similar to Spell & gypsy collective style" & included photos of tags which say Topshop, which is also why it was only $40. An actual folktown blossom maxi would be selling for over 300$ on poshmark.

@mbfraley The other dress you are interested which I think is the folktown style playdress? in has no tags- which is noted in description. It is also direct from manufacturers in China, which is also noted. I'm sorry for any confusion, and I'll be happy to give you you're money back if poshmark reviews the case and sides in your favor.

I have read the description and would like a picture of the actual dress. Is it the same colors as the Spell dress? Another idea is do you have any other folk maxi dresses in different colors that you would allow me to exchange? ANything blue?Thank you

I've been a posh member for about a year, have bought a lot & also sold a lot. I have 4.8 stars, great reviews & am a top 10% seller.

@mbfraley There are times I've bought something that I felt was a bit misleading or described wrong, but rather than go through the hassle of making a claim against the seller, I usually just re-posh the item. I feel like all my descriptions are clear. If the item is not a true spell piece I always say that in the description. In the pictures of the dress you bought there was an actual picture of the tag. Not sure how much clearer you can be. I understand you're new to posh.

@mbfraley I'm sure you will see in your future poshing many items that are "tagged for exposure" meaning the seller tags a particular item as free people brand, or spell brand just to get the exposure. But most sellers always are clear in the description it is not that actual brand. Anyways, on that note, I'd rather not do business with you again. When you return my dress in the exact condition it was sent in, I will accept it & posh will return your money. Thank you & happy poshing!
