aunteemich OMG.. I see what happened. I sold another pair of boots to someone with a very similar name as yours. I must have thought the message was for the same boots (those were sold on Nov 22). I am deeply so sorry.

I requested another shipping label as the original was expired. i did receive a message saying to ship boots but thought those were the ones I sent - I even looked at the tracking number and made sure I sent them (thinking it was that order). Again, my sincere apologies!!
