ny_michele @summit1010 Yes. I contacted them to let them you wanted to cancel the item. The issue is that it had already been sent out, BEFORE I got your message that you wanted to cancel. Maybe you can email the help team and ask them what to do. They emailed me back explaining that you (the buyer) may be able to open a case.
