laurelalyse @cocothecat haha no worries! We can definitely work through here too :) I love both washes a lot, I think it would just come down to which one fits you better! If you create a listing on here with pictures of you measuring your jeans I can determine which of the pairs I have will give you the best fit :)

cocothecat @laurelalyse Non-stretch jeans that fit me measure 26 in the waist. That's for a low waist. Which of the two pair that I mentioned runs smaller? I'm assuming it's you who modeled them. Is that your usual size? Thank so much!

laurelalyse @cocothecat knowing the rise measurement is definitely important too because the higher the rise, usually the smaller the waist gets so it would also be a big indicator to woo if the jeans would fit. The smaller of the two pairs I have are the ones for $160, they're between a 23/24. The 501s for $150 are a 24 but miiiiight be able to fit a small 25. I'm the model and those ones for $160 are almost too small, but oh my are they gorgeous 😍

cocothecat @laurelalyse I'm tempted by them. They should stretch out a bit though. right? What size are you usually? On the jeans that I measured the front rise is 8.5 and back rise is 12.25 btw. It looks like the leg will not need to be altered. Do you agree? It appears to be nicely slim compared to other vintage 501s.

laurelalyse @cocothecat we're talking about the 70s orange tab ones right? If so, yes they would definitely stretch a bit because they're 100% cotton and should mould to your body after a few wears ❤️ they're for sure a higher rise than your Redones though, so since they measure smaller at the waist, that makes sense. They're super slim and amazing through the booty and hips too!

cocothecat @laurelalyse How's the denim weight on those? Any thin spots anywhere? I want to make sure they don't rip right away :) I really like these but the inseam will be a bit long for me. I'm 5'4". That's why I was also looking at the other pair which, I believe, has a 29 inch inseam. Can't decide! Do you have any other similar that you haven't listed yet?

laurelalyse @cocothecat just double checked the quality of the denim and it's super sturdy, no spots with excessive wear, but worn enough so they're broken in and will fit great, unlike that super rigid vintage denim. And I don't have anything else similar to this, I actually have ever come across this style before they're super unique, especially the wash

laurelalyse @cocothecat as far as the inseam goes, yeah it's a bit longer for you than you're probably used to, but they would look cute rolled. But I know tailors can take them up and keep the original hem too and it's not very much money at all 💕

laurelalyse @cocothecat so I would say the most accurate wash is of them laying flat, the pics of me wearing them are mostly to should silhouette :) and posh is really strict about talking about selling off here, so I can't talk about it on here 😭
