prettythings01 Hi and thank you for the purchase of the earrings. I’m contacting you because I packed your earrings in a small box ( I though ) and another customer a shirt in a bigger box. She says she received a small box with nothing in it but a thank you note and tissue. I’m wondering if I shipped both to you on accident?

prettythings01 Hi I was wondering if your home yet and received my package. I accidentally mailed you the shirt for another person. I’m really hoping your earrings are in there as well because if not then the other buyer thinks she threw them away thinking it was just tissue paper. If that’s the case your welcome to pick out something else or I will refund you your money. I cannot believe I did this and feel just awful about it!

prettythings01 @birdrn2 I’m sooo sorry. I really messed that up. The other buyer threw away the earrings. I’ve contacted Poshmark for your refund and I think you have to contact them as well and request a refund but I’m waiting to hear back from them. I’ve also asked how we get the package back to the other buyer even though they refunded her money to I would still like her to have it🤷‍♀️. I am very sorry. I have ordered more of those earrings and when they come in you will get a pair for free.

birdrn2 Also, just to make things more complicated, since I was out of town and did not ‘accept’ the earrings within the specified time frame, it automatically is accepted by me & does not allow me to contact Poshmark from that link. It only allows me to provide a rating for you...and I do not wish to leave you a bad rating...

prettythings01 @birdrn2 I have emailed them again to let theknow you need a refund and that you don’t mind shipping the shirt if they send you a new label. I just haven’t heard back and I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow 🤦‍♀️. Hopefully I will hear soon🤞. Please let me know if they issue you a refund. You may have to contact them and request it.

prettythings01 @birdrn2 I have emailed them to see how to do that but the only response I got was that they refunded her money. You can keep it at this point lol. I still plan to send you the earrings when they come in. If I hear back from them I will let you know but she isn’t concerned about getting it and was happy to be refunded.
