catlady1952 @shpgrl33 ..... ok it looks like you haven’t been charged for the other necklace. If you still want the “right” one” I have relished as advised. So you have to purchase it as a whole new purchase to get a new receipt and shipping label. I used the quick little pics I took for the case resolution. Item is listed as Burgundy Double Length Necklace and I am holding it in my hand in one of the pics.

You have received a refund on your credit card for your purchase price. I have to relist if you still want it. They can’tchange the status. I do have a new listed one. I will put it for sale.
